A beautiful drawing doesn't always sew up beautifully. When designing, our factory plans ahead for the size of each detail, how the pattern pieces are divided, embroidery placement, and mass-production feasibility, so that an approved sample can go straight onto the sewing line without needing rework.

  • From 2D image to 3D plush toy: preserving the character's expression, colors, and distinctive features.
  • Material consultation: velvet, short-pile fabric, long-pile fur, embroidery thread, and stuffing suited to your budget and intended use.
  • Physical sample for approval: you check the likeness to the design, size, and colors; the factory makes adjustments until it meets your standards before starting production.

Why make a sample before production?

Sampling helps you spot points that need adjusting early, such as head-to-body proportions, stuffing density, and logo placement. Making changes at the sample stage is far more cost-effective than fixing them once mass production has started. An approved sample also serves as the quality reference when you place a bulk teddy bear manufacturing order.

Yes. Our design team sketches from your idea, reference images, or logo, then sews a physical sample for your approval before mass production.
How long does sampling and teddy bear production take?
Sampling time depends on the complexity of the character; production time depends on quantity and the factory schedule at the time of ordering. We provide a specific timeline as soon as the sample is finalized. For event gift orders, please contact us early to meet your delivery date.
Can the teddy bear sample be revised after it is sewn?
Yes. After you review the physical sample, the factory revises proportions, colors, and logo placement based on your feedback until the sample meets your requirements, and only then proceeds to production.
What do I need to prepare to order a sample design?
Images or drawings of the character (if available), your logo, brand color codes, desired size, estimated quantity, and intended use (gifts, retail, events, etc.).
What is the minimum quantity for a teddy bear manufacturing order?
The minimum quantity depends on the design, size, and fabric. The more embroidery or printing details a design has, the higher the minimum quantity needs to be to optimize costs. Send us images or a description of your design, and we will advise a suitable quantity along with a quotation.
