What does plush toy finishing include?

  • Cleaning and trimming loose threads, brushing the fur and reshaping each product.
  • Final inspection: stitching, the strength of eyes, noses and accessories, proportions, and color compared with the approved sample.
  • Labeling: fabric labels, hang tags, barcodes and care/usage instruction labels on request.

Packaging options

  • Individual OPP bags, suitable for retail and online sales.
  • Paper boxes and gift bags printed with your logo, with a thank-you card, for corporate gift teddy bears.
  • Cartons made to shipping or export specifications.

The factory delivers nationwide or to your warehouse on schedule, and can deliver to multiple locations for store chains. Packaging is the final step of our full-service plush bear contract manufacturing process at the factory.

Does the factory print gift boxes and gift bags with our logo?
Yes. The factory produces paper boxes, gift bags, thank-you cards and hang tags to your design, pre-packed together with the teddy bears.
Can you attach barcodes and instruction labels for retail sale?
Yes. The factory attaches fabric labels, hang tags, barcodes and instruction labels based on the information you provide.
Does the factory deliver to multiple locations?
Yes. The factory delivers nationwide, to your warehouse on schedule, or splits shipments for delivery to multiple locations for store chains and branches.
How long does sampling and production of plush bears take?
Sampling time depends on the complexity of the character; production time depends on the quantity and the factory schedule at the time of your order. The factory will give you a specific timeline as soon as the sample is approved. For event gift orders, please contact us early to meet your delivery date.
