- Computerized embroidery with Tajima machines: logos, eyes, noses and patterns are embroidered directly onto the fabric before sewing, giving sharp, consistent stitching across all products.
- Materials selected for each product line: velvet, various plush fabrics, soft and resilient PP cotton filling, and safe eye and nose accessories.
- Reinforcement of stress points such as arms, legs, ears and tails, so the teddy bear stays durable through long-term use.
- Quality inspection of every batch before packing: stitching, proportions and color compared with the approved sample.
